Shipping & Refund Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our New York studio. Shipping days are business days: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm EST. We use USPS: economy shipping typically delivered within 5-8 business days and standard shipping usually takes 3-4 business days once shipped. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Please note, Palmoire will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time, please provide a physical address when you place your order.
During times when our mailing partners are experiencing higher-than-normal package volume, there could be unexpected delays in transit or in providing tracking details. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
We ship to all 50 states in the US and all regions in Canada. International packages (including Canada) may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these circumstances.
All of the Palmoire products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds of already used candles or diffusers. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.
If you purchased from a retailer, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds that are not purchased from www.thepalmoire.com at this time.
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us at email@example.com within 4 hours, or send us a DM on Instagarm @thepalmoire . We will do our best to accommodate your request.
